In this quest you have to place 2 Trijicon REAP-IR thermal scopes at two different locations on Customs. Each takes 30 seconds. The scopes can't be placed in your secure container.
The first scope has to be placed at the base of a yellow crane that is located on the southeast corner of the Scav base in the construction area.
The second scope has to be placed behind the "new" gas station at a pile of barrels.
