For this quest you have to locate and visit hermetic doors in the underground bunker system on Reserve. For the subtasks 2, 3 and 4 you only need to find one of each which leaves 5 in total. The doors have to be visited in the same raid.
The control room is located in the center of the Reserve underground bunker system. You can reach it by using any staircase of your choice. Both objectives have to be completed in the same raid.
