In this quest you first have to locate the lab scientist in the main building of the TerraGroup building complex. He can be found in a hallway behind the big TerraGroup sign in the entrance hall, buried under rubble. Inside the body, a TerraGroup science office key can be found which unlocks office no. 4 on the second floor. A single key is guaranteed to spawn every raid, but can be taken by other players.
Afterwards you have to find a hard drive in the scientist's office (no. 4) on the second floor. The office can be unlocked with the TerraGroup science office key.
Once you are inside the office, the hard drive can be found at the only desk with turned on screens. It can be located on the desk top, or in the right side shelf.
