In this quest, you need to stash two specified items in a boat on the beach near the gas station in the Shoreline location. After accepting the quest, you will receive the MF-UNTAR vest and the Leatherman Multi-Tool via in-game mail. The Leatherman Multi-Tool cannot be taken from the player and persists after death if placed in the designated slot. Stashing each item takes 30 seconds.
