In this quest you have to kill 20 PMCs from over 40 meters away while using a bolt-action rifle with a night or thermal vision sight. To have the kills count for this quest, the sight just needs to be installed on the gun, and not necessarily be actively used. This means you can use a sight that supports backup sights, like the Armasight Vulcan MG 3.5x Bravo night vision scope, and use any compact reflex sight of your choice on top.
