Location: Interchange

After we visit the Nest outpost and the Rowan position, and after we find the ambush site and Morreman’s phone there, we obtain information about the Carousel outpost, which we now need to locate.

It is found on the Interchange location, inside the ULTRA mall, in the IDEAS café. Once you go up the stairs from the main entrance to IDEAS, turn immediately left — it’s a two-story café.

On the first floor of the café, under the stairs, pick up the audio tape with the Warlord’s message recording, as well as the voice recorder.

After examining the documents, it becomes clear that this is the group Den belonged to (from the Chronicles of the Redhead series). Den is mentioned in Taran’s note.

The next stage of the quest is decrypting the data from Morreman’s phone and building a level-three intelligence center.
