In this quest you have to kill 10 sniper Scavs from over 350 meters away, and reach level 10 in the bolt-action rifles skill. The Vortex Ranger 1500 rangefinder or the Wilcox RAPTAR ES Tactical Rangefinder can be used to determine the required distance.
Customs, Shoreline and Streets of Tarkov are viable locations to complete this quest.
